- Potatoes 400g
- 3 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 1 Egg
- 3 tablespoons Corn flour
- 1 tablespoon Green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
Guide
- Grate 400g of Potatoes into a bowl.
- Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated potatoes using a clean cloth or paper towels.
- Add 3 tablespoons of Cottage Cheese to the grated potatoes and mix well.
- Crack and add 1 Egg to the mixture, and stir until combined.
- Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of Corn Flour over the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Add 1 tablespoon of chopped Green Onion to the mixture for added flavor.
- Season the mixture with 1/2 teaspoon of Salt, 1/3 teaspoon of Pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of Chili Powder. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of cooking oil.
- Scoop portions of the potato mixture onto the skillet, shaping them into flat patties.
- Cook the hash browns for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
