Ingredients

  • Basa
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
  • 1/4 Dried Oregano
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg(whisked)
  • 3/4 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt

Guide

  1. Add lemon juice, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin seed powder, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, over the fish
  2. Mix it all together, and keep it aside to marinate for around 10-15 minutes
  3. Add dried oregano, black pepper powder, salt to the bread crumbs and mix it
  4. Now, take the marinated fish and coat it with all-purpose flour, then dip it in, whisked egg, and then, coat it with bread crumbs
  5. Do the same with the remaining marinated fish
  6. Keep this in the fridge for about an hour
  7. Now fry them, till they turn golden brown, and then, take it out
