  • ¼ cup green capsicum, chopped
  • ¼ cup boiled corn
  • ¼ cup carrot, chopped
  • 1 tbsp onion, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 3 chicken sausages, chopped
  • 4-6 slices of bread
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded


  1. In a bowl, combine the green capsicum, boiled corn, chopped carrot, and chopped onion. Add salt, red chili flakes, and oregano. Mix well.
  2. Chop the chicken sausages into small pieces.
  3. Place the bread slices on a fry pan (make sure the pan is off the heat).
  4. Spread a layer of pizza sauce evenly over each bread slice.
  5. Evenly distribute the vegetable mixture on top of the sauce.
  6. Place the chopped sausage pieces over the vegetables.
  7. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Place the fry pan on the stove over low-medium heat.
  9. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the bread is slightly crispy.
  10. Once the cheese has melted and the bread is crispy, remove the bread pizzas from the pan.
